The compass is the architecture of the framework. Eastern philosophy AND Western science. Self-reflection AND True North. Four polarities that — when held in balance rather than resolved by choosing a side — produce coherence. Oneness. The AND.

an add-on.

HeartMath coherence tools are woven through every stage — not referenced as supplementary, not introduced at the end. They are the physiological mechanism that makes the inner work possible.
